My Go-to recipes have to fit a certain criteria to make the list. Basically, I need them to be budget-friendly, healthy, yummy, AND easy to whip up! And no, that’s not impossible. Sometimes it just takes a little hunting and experimenting. To save you precious time, I’ve decided to list some of my favorites on the blog!

These babies are only listed if I’ve used them more than once – they have to be recipes that I keep coming back to over and over again! I hope you love them just as much as I do.

Garlic-Curry Baked Drumsticks by Me! (This one of my favorite easy dishes to serve company)

Bacon Lime Sweet Potato Salad by Paleomg (Guys. This is DELICIOUS. I love putting it on salad greens to stretch it)

Paleo Pad Thai by Melissa Joulwan (one of my all-time favorite Paleo dishes)

Carrot and Sweet Potato “Chili” by Autoimmune Paleo (We LOVE this chili, especially when made with bone broth and ladled onto some cauliflower rice – plus, it’s AIP-friendly!)

Butternut Squash Soup by Primal Palate (This is one of the cheapest and easiest soups you could possibly make, and it’s super yummy) 

Pizza Spaghetti Pie by Paleomg (One of my favorite easy dishes, and it only calls for a few ingredients!)

Mustard-balsamic Glazed Chicken Thighs (delicious on some buttery spaghetti squash!)

Chocolate Chili by Melissa Joulwan (Yep – CHOCOLATE. Try it. You’ll love it.)

Paleo Czech Meatballs (Basically, Melissa Joulwan never disappoints)

Crockpot 20-40 Clove Garlic Chicken by Stephanie O’Dea (I’ve made this one so many times – it’s great when you need to deliver a meal or feed company!)

Pumpkin Cream Chicken Casserole by Paleomg (sometimes a warm, comforting casserole is just what you need!)

Pesto Chicken Spaghetti Bake by Canada Girl Eats Paleo (so flavorful and comforting – definitely a favorite!)

Garlic and Lemon Roasted Cauliflower by The Paleo Mom (Because apparently cauliflower can be flavorful and buttery and delicious! It’s also passed the test with flying colors with potlucks and dinner guests. Win!)

Lemon Garlic Green Beans by Vibrant Life Army WIfe (Delicious and super easy!)

“The Manly Salad” (Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic) by AllRecipes (When I make this, people make happy moans and go back for seconds).

The Best Sweet Potato Fries by Me! (These make the perfect addition to your bun-less burger!)

Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts by Paleo Grubs (This is my new favorite thing. SO YUMMY)

Avocado Egg Salad by Living Superhuman (easy and quick to whip up!)

Salmon Cakes by Primal Palate (these take 5 minutes to put together, and then just a short time to cook – I’m usually to lazy to do the frying part and just eat them from the oven or stick them in my lunch box!)

Honey Mustard Chicken Salad by StooksBonanza (this has become a usual – it’s amazing as a packed lunch, but I also make it for dinner and then eat leftovers. I hardly ever use fresh herbs because I’m cheap!)

Lemon Poppyseed Muffins by Living Loving Paleo (I’ve been making these a lot – they have just a hint of sweetness!)

AIP Sausage by Salixisme (Or really any breakfast sausage recipe with good ingredients!)

Sweet Potato Hash by NomNomPaleo (this is to die for – especially with a fried egg on top! A food processor makes this hash in seconds)

Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies by Mommypotamus (I’ve made these so many times, including for my grandfather’s birthday party. No one could tell that they were made using almond flour and honey instead of wheat flour and sugar – they were devoured!)
